Problems Publishing to a Network

I have a form I've published to a network drive - actually through a
VPN. My user can open the form, fill out the form, and send it to me
by using a submit button programmed to send through an email submit.

I used to be able to open it and import the records to an Access
database. Now it tells me the location of the associated form template
and the original location of the form template on my computer have the
same form ID but are in different locations.

How can I change this?

Also, now that I've published it on the network drive, I can no longer
open the form on my computer. Is that normal?

Each form has a specific ID used to identify it. Sounds like what's
happening is that InfoPath (on your computer) sees your development copy and
your published copy (both with the same ID) and is getting confused about
it.

You might try removing the form from your cache and see if that allows you
to open the local copy.
