problems publishing

I am unable to publish both of my websites. I use frontpage, windows
xp and have a broadband connection (NTL).

When I try to upload I am continually prompted for my username and
password.

I contacted my webspace provider who said they tested it and
everything is ok at their end.

Is it my machine or connection maybe?

Any help appreciated.

How did you clear the cache?

This had worked in the past to clear the cache;
Change the publish address to less letters with a slash at the end;

http://duntiglennan/

Then the full publish address again;
http://duntiglennan.co.uk

Make sure you are entering the "server"
user and pass. Also remember they are
CaSe sensitive.
