Problems re installing Office 2007 w/Vista

I just bought my computer in Feb and bought office Home and Student 2007. I
installed it and it worked great until about a few weeks ago and then I could
not open any saved documents. when i opened word, it opened very slowly. I
uninstalled and then tried re-installing but now it will not allow me to
enter my product key because it blocks the "continue" button. It installed
but will only open in safe mode and still asks me for the product key but
won't accept it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Are you absolutely SURE you actually BOUGHT it, and don't have a trial
version that's expired?

Yes, I bought it with my new computer seperately at the store. It is the
Office home and student version. I have the case, cd and product key. I think
the problem may be I have tried re-installing several times because I was
having trouble opening my documents, my product key is now expired?

I thought so? I went to the control panel and un installed Microsoft Office.
Is there another way to un install the trial version if that is what I have?

Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 add date was 5/07 where I tried
installing it. There is no other programs out there for Office.
