Problems reverse Engineering and Oracle 10g database with Visio 20

Has anybody figured out how to get rid of the error below, in Visio 2003,
after converting from Oracle 9i to 10g?

Error Msg box: MS-Visio - Encountered a fatal error during reverse engineer
of information from database.
