Outlook 2002. When an attached file is opened and I try to 'File/Save as' the
screen and file name flash. When I click on the flashing file name (at bottom
of screen) the file on the screen disapprears/minimises leaving the original
e-mail. Clicking the file name at bottom of screen a second time produces the
'File/Save as' screen appears but it does not respond to instructions. I have
to cancel this 'Save as' screen, click on the file nmae agian and this time
it is possible to File/Save as.
Apologies for the long explanation - any help appreciated.
