Problems sending Excel Files in microsoft outlook 2003

I have a distribution list to send excel reports every day, for som
reason, some of them are receiving the file, but others are not. Th
weird thing is they received the email but not the attachment, neithe
an error message. I taught that the problem was my computer, so
formatted it and installed every again, but I still with the problem
Do you have any idea why this is happening?

Perhaps the problem is on the receivers pc, ie their email app is removing
the attachment (security 'feature')
