problems shutting down

Recently, I've had trouble shuting down outlook xp. IF I
make any changes, i get the "...has encounterd a problem
and must close.." the details are:
AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.4510.0 ModName:
mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.4219.0 Offset: 000f5890

In every other way, Outlook behaves well. Is there a
quick fix for this?
