Problems starting Outlook

When I start Outlook 2003, I get this popup error message:
The procedure entry point ??4iterator@directory@io@@QAEABV012@ABV012@@Z
could not be located in the dynamic link library foundation.dll.

I click on ok, then I get this:
The add-in "StuffitCmdLaunch.dll" could not be instaled or loaded. This
problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help Menu.

I did use Detect and Repair, used both options but nothing worked.
I also removed Office 2003 from my computer and reinstall it, but still get
the errors.
I tried to remove Stuffit then reinstalling it, nothing.


I have McAfee Internet Security 7,
Windows XP

Remove it from your add-ins;
Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options-> button Add-In
Manager/COM Add-Ins
