Problems synching with iCal

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Hi all,

I am having a problem with iCal synching that does not seem to be answered in other posts.

I have enabled synch events and tasks in Entourage Prefs, chosen 'merge data', and picked my main calendar. But no 'Entourage' calendar appears in iCal. Indeed, if I manually create an 'Entourage' calendar in iCal, it quickly disappears!

Does anyone know what is going on here?

I had already checkedc that post - but since I did not delete the Entourage calendar, it did not help.

This is a bit of an odd one. For your first sync when you enable the
module in Ent choose over write ical. See if your calendar events turn
up. If they do, go back into Ent prefs, disable sync and then re-
enable it but now choose merge.

If that doesn't work you might want to try resetting sync services
following Apples supp doc ts1627 on the Apple web site supporrt.
