Problems syncing Entourage contacts via Exchange to WM?

Hi,

My problem is that since I've updated to Entourage 12.1.4 when I alter existing contacts in Entourage, the contacts no longer appear in the searching on my windows mobile devices.

I've narrowed it down to the "File As" not being populated (verified by switching to Outlook for Windows, changing then syncing).

This only seems to have started happening since 12.1.4 (I updated 12.1.2 -> 12.1.3 -> 12.1.4 in one go).

Help!
