Problems syncing OneNote 2010 and OneNote 2010 Mobile on iPAQ Classic 111

Each time I run ActiveSync 4.5, I am asked to replace, combine or
ignore OneNote stuff. Then a new tap is created in OneNote on my PC.
This also happens with my LG Incite CT810.

When I re do the pairing it will work until the PC is rebooted.

How can I resolve this OneNote 2007 had no issues.

Uninstalled ActiveSync and reinstalled. Worked once when configure not
to created sync folder. Started misbehaving again when configured to
use the sync file again.
