problems syncing with palm tungsten E

I recently got a Tungsten E Palm Pilot, and when I sync to
Outlook, the calendar fails; the weird thing is that the
only events that show up on my calendar are recurring
events; all the daily events are invisible, yet when I try
to enter a new event at a time that I know has an entry in
my handheld, outlook tells me "this conflicts with another
appointment on your calendar". Has anyone else had this
problem and how did you solve it?

Check with whomever makes the Outlook sync conduit software - Chapura
(Pocketmirror), perhaps? Might want to reinstall.
