Problems viewing in Entourage 2004

I get a lot of info type of emails. The sections that should contain
pictures are empty except for a Œclick here¹ box in the middle of where the
picture should be. The only thing I see are links, text and click here
boxes. This is an upgrade from office: Mac which had no problems. My system
is 10.3.4 fully up to date and functioning correctly. I¹m set to view:
Œ show attached pictures and movies in messages ¹ , Œshow internet headers
Πbut these are not attachments. I send as html. A good example is letters
from DMN (digital media news) Is there a fix for this?

There should be a "Download Pictures" button that appears in a light-yellow
colored info bar with an international no sign. If you click it, are
connected to the internet, and not working offline (select Entourage > Work
Online), the images should appear. I have seen some instances in which the
option doesn't appear, but I cannot reproduce it consistently.

You can add the domains (after the @ sign) of your newsletters to the Safe
Domains list in the Junk E-mail Protection dialog (Tools > Junk E-mail
Protection) to make sure that the images display automatically.

There is a button in Entourage 2004 for downloading images in order to
maintain privacy. This is a nuisance. Does anyone know of a setting to
change this so all images are downloaded?
