Problems when I send e-mails

Hello, I have an Outlook Express 5.02. My problem is that I can't send
messages, I don't know what has happened, when I send an e-mail appears this
message : RCPT TO:<name of the e-mail> Relaying not allowed - please use
SMTP AUTH Error: 5550

What I have to do? Please answer me!!!!
