problems with "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you.

When using Outlook and I am accessing my hotmail account I receive the
message box with "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook" and that locks my outlook up so I cannot continue using
the program. Please, can anyone help with why this is happening? I have run
virus check with Norton and Mcafee and there is nothing that appears to be a
problem. In Microsoft Office area I found info that talked about ActiveSync
and that there might be a issue there, but not sure how to deal with that.

applications known to trigger the warning. I don;t think it's active sync.
