Problems with Access and Terminal Server

In trying to solve an issue involving office XP and
Terminal Server we found an article, number 319844, that
tells us to run the office compatibility script. We have
not been able to find the office xp compatibility script.
Is there one that we could download or are we supposed to
use one of the scripts for an earlier version of office?

That paragraph may be a hold over from the A97 version of that KB
article. But that's just a guess on my part. Let me ask around a bit
for you.

What's the issue?

The issue is within access. We are unable to create or
print out reports. After a reinstall it works once but
then the same problem returns. We went through all of the
options that were in article 319844, except the
compatability script but none of them seemed to work.

Here's the word from MS.

"Both Office 2000 and Office XP/2002 *don't* use compatibility scripts
anymore. Both were designed to be used on Terminal Server, so that's a
typo in 319844. "
