PROBLEMS WITH ACCESS REPORTS AFTER XP SP 2

HI!

After we have installed XP SP2 on 3 computers we have a problem with reports
in Access2003. We can't open (print or preview) or edit them.
It's not possible to create new reports.

We tried to repair Office, update it, uninstall and reinstall Access, still
same problem. Any ideas?

This is a big problem, we often help customers with their Access
applications.

Best regards,

I just got a new computer with XP SP2 and Access 2003. I have the same
problem. I am converting Access 97 files to Access 2003 and cannot open any
of the reports or create new ones

After looking around more I discovered the 'default printer' problem. I had
a default printer (HP laser) that it doesn't like for some reason. If I
switch to the Tektronix color (on the same server) than it works fine. I can
print to either printer by changing it manually on the print command box.

Access Reports require that an active printer is attached to your PC. Make
sure that your SP2 install did not delete your printers.

Incorrect. They only require that at least one printer *driver* is
installed and set to be the default printer. There is not requirement for
a printer to be physically connected.

I have all the printers left after installing SP2. I have tried do change
the default printer to another, makes no difference.
