hi!

We have an Exchange Server 2003 on a Windows Server 2003 and our clients
are using Outlook 2003.
When I start archiving all folders are created in the PST-file. But the
folders are empty! Why?

Does someone know the answer?

Perhaps the modified dates on the items are more recent that the archive
selection date.

I don't think so.
I want all mails befor jan.2004 to be archived in the PST-file. And I
have mails in my exchange account since 2001.

Any Idea?

However, the modified date is usually a value you don't see and has nothing
to do with how long an item has been in Outlook. For example, if you have a
mail message that you received in 1996 and decide to move it to a new folder
so as to better organize your messages, the modification date of that
message will be updated and the message will not be eligible for archival,
even though the received date still shows 1996.
