problems with autonumber fields

Hello ,

Is it possible to append an autonumber field (autoincrement) to an existing
table with a certain number of records , using VBA or query in access 2007?

Hi,
yes, you can! look at CreateField DAO method in access help, to make
autonumber - you need to set dbAutoIncrField attribute for a field.
