Hello,

On a new PC we have difficulties with the format from numbers.

If i open a databasetable the numbers doesn't appear on the screen as it
should be.
a number like 0 or 1 shows as 0,00 or 1,00; numbers with decimals appears
as 370,00 instead off 370,25

However, the settings for language en country are exactly the same as in all
our other PC's.

What can be the reason of this.

It could be a corrupted Windows user profile. Have you tried creating
another?

Look in Control panel for Regional and Language options, Regional
Options tab and look at the Samples carefully. Is it correct there?

You have to set the numbering up correctly. The decimal point setting is set incorrectly

Control Panel\Regional and Language Options\Regional Options\Customize\Numbers

In Control Panel/ etc. you set the System Separators.
In Excel 2007 {not sure about prior versions}, you can choose to use the
System Separator or select your own. If you are using Excel 2007 click on
the Office Icon and then click on Excel Options. Select Advanced and verify
that the box for "use system separators" is checked.

Thanks to all,

But there no change. We are using Microsoft Office 2003.
Like i said; every sign, number or anything else is exactly the same as in
the other PC but we get an other number format if i open a databasetable in
MS-Sql.
