Problems with deletion, moving and seeing messages

Hello All,

My husband usually does all the work on my email in
outlook, but he just put Outlook 2003 on my computer and
we are having problems in several areas. I have three
email accounts in outlook. One personal and two
business. In one of the business accounts (call this MN)
I am having trouble in three areas with one account.

The first has to do with being able to delete messages. I
can delete messages from my other two accounts, but I have
to manually move the messages from the MN account to the
delete bin as the delete button does not work at all in
this account.

The next problem is ...I move messages into this account
from the other two and can no longer see the messages. I
know they are there, as I moved a message that I had not
read yet to that account and the account lit up with 1
unread message. Unfortunately, I can't see that message.

The last problem has to do with our webmail service. They
seem to be at a loss as to how to help us, so maybe
someone here knows the answer. We have Linksys between
our server and my computer located in another room in the
house. We are receiving messages for the same account we
are having trouble with above (MN) only in Microsoft
Express. (My husband opened this account in Express to
see if it worked in that program and it did.) The
messages do not show up in Outlook. The messages are on
the web mail service online, but they are not coming into
my computer through outlook. We worked with the webmail
service yesterday, changing ports and a variety of other
solutions, to no avail. Can someone send me a suggestion
as to what the problem might be with this one account?
