Problems with downloaded Stationary in Outlook 2003

I downloaded some stationary from Microsofts dowloadable Stationary section.
The problem is once it's downloaded it opens up in Microsoft Word, which I
know is what is used for the e-amil editor. I went ahead and saved it as a
word doc but of course when chooseing stationary in Outlook it can't use Word
docs. only HTML

Does anyone know how to use the downloadable stationary and actually make
it work in Outlook2003? I'm wondering if there is a way to convert the Word
document.

It confuses me why the stationary is only available in Word form and not
Stationary Picker form.

Any help would be great!

Again, I'm using Outlook 2003
