Problems with e-mail "time received".

We have W2K server with Exchange 5.5 - all clients running XP Pro. Time is correct on server and all clients. Time Zone and Daylight Saving is correct on server and all clients. E-mails through Exchange Server have a received time 1 hour less than correct time

If you sit at a client machine and send an e-mail to yourself (which only takes a second or so) receipt time is exactly one hour less than machine time! baffling! Can anyone throw any light on this
