Problems with forms after upgrading from 2002 t0 2003

A user is having trouble loading forms after we upgraded her from XP to 2003.
The database was created in Access 2000, upgraded to 2002 awhile ago and just
recently upgraded to 2003. Now her forms do not work. When she tried to run a
form, all the places where there should be data just reads "#ERROR". This is
a pretty large database, not just in terms of data but in terms of number of
queries and forms and it is vital to this person's job. Any help would be
appreciated.

It's hard to say exactly what is wrong, but the first thing I'd do is
check for broken references in the database's VB project. In the VB
Editor, click Tools -> References..., then look in the References dialog
for any that are marked as MISSING. If there are any, note down what
they are, then uncheck them, then close the dialog. Reopen it, locate
those references in the list (they will probably have moved), and check
them again. Close the dialog and see if the database works properly
now.

If that's not the problem, we'll need to find out more about the
situation.

Nothing is MISSING. There are four checked reference:
1. Visual Basic for Applications
2. MS Access 11.0 Object Library
3. OLE Automation
4. Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.1 Library

You checked this on the PC of the user who is having problems?
