problems with frontpage forms

I have created a form for feedback from visitors and when ever I change
anything in this page I end up having to start the whole page from the start
to get it to store on the web correctly.

in other words...


I make the feedback page and publish it, it works fine. when I make a
change and publish it, it has FrontPage Save Results Component]

when you view it online and the form don't work either it comes up with a
page can not be found
Not Found
The requested URL /_derived/nortbots.htm was not found on this server.

any ideas what this is and how to solve it.

This indicates that the server either does not have the server extension
installed or they are corrupt. Contact your ISP / WPP for assistance.

but.... if I make the page up from scratch it works ok,

this means that I have to do this every time I change something on the
feedback form!! :(:(

Something is corrupting the page. I would still have the WPP check the
extensions.
