Problems with Help Menu

I just installed a copy of Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise. The
installation appeared to work fine and all of the programs are working
fine except when I try to use the in-program help. When I try to
access help (i.e. Help > Microsoft Office Outlook Help in Outlook),
the help window pops up but instead of all of the help icons and such,
the code of an XML file is displayed instead. Below is a copy of the
XML file displayed. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office
but no luck. I am running Vista in case that helps. Any ideas to
what's causing this???
