problems with inserting clipart

whenver I try to insert clipart, a popup message states that this
function is not available..run setup>add/remove funtion >run on this
computer.
I did that, but everything under word is to be run on this computer!
Any suggestions?

Clipart is an Office-wide function, so it wouldn't be under Word. Look
for it under shared components or some such.
