Problems with Instant Search

Recently I installed Windows Search on my PC and it works fine from
the desktop but it doesn't work within Outlook. Every time I try to
click on Enable Instant Search it tells me that Windows Desktop Search
has been installed and asks to restart Outlook. Any thoughts on this?
