Problems with JPG files and printing with Office 2003

I've read this sporadically on other newsgroups and this one and I thought
I'd just add to the mayhem.

Our office just upgraded to Office 2003 and since then, we have problems
printing colour JPGs in Word. The problem is that the image
duplicates/triplicates once printed but shows up fine everywhere else. This
only appears to happen with JPGs and not PNG or TIFF etc so I was wondering,
what the hell did MS do to Office 2003 that would cause such an issue? Sure
makes you question the need to upgrade to the latest "greatest" version.

Actually, I think I was having this problem in Word 2002 as well. The
interesting thing is that it happens only with my DeskJet and not with my
LaserJet, which would seem to point to a printer driver issue. In any case,
printing directly to the printer solves the problem.
