Problems with mail merge and large number of contacts.

We have 3500 Buissness contacts. We need to do weekly mailings to different
ones.

Sometimes it's 1000, sometimes it's more or less..

BCM will only allow us to mail merge several hundered at a time. is there a
way around this?
