Problems with Office Pro 2007 download.

Hi,

After filling in ALL information in the registration part, I keep getting
the same message: "Our records do not show any orders by this shopper at this
time".

So, I emailed MS support and they told me that the MS cookie was not
installing and gave me instructions on how to allow for the cookies to be
stored on my PC by changing the Security and Privacy settings. Did that. But,
I still get the same error message.

Pls help

I am thinking, can you try clearing the cookies and temporary internet files
of your browser? It might do the trick.
