Problems with outlook 2003

I am having a couple of problems with Outlook 2003.
First is it will not allow me to "reply to all" when I get a message with
mutiple users listed.

The other is Calendar will not allow me to enter a date and save it.

I have uninstalled Outlook and then the entire Office 2003 package and it
still is giving me the same problems. I deleted the outlook profiles and
even deleted Office from the registry before reinstalling.

No joy

Any suggestions?

This system did have Office 2007 on it at one time.

Care to define "will not allow"? Does a big hand come out of your computer
and grab your wrists so you can't click the button?

But what EXACTLY happens when you try?
