Problems with Outlook integration form (crashes)

We are using Project2003 server + PWA with Outlook 2003 (SP2).
Fairly regularly when users attempt to update a task within Outlook
the PWA form tries to run (disk thrashes for 5 minutes) and then
eventually outlook crashes with the following error:

ModName outlib.dll Modver 11.0.8118.0
Fdebg: 0 Offset: 000035f

Seems to be a BUG in Outlook. Doesnt happen every time but almost
every time. Certainly enough to make the solution unusable :(

Anyone else had problems with the Outlook integration between project
2k3 and OL2k3?
