Problems with Project Professional and Project Server 2003 working together

Hi,

I am having some problems with my Project Professional and Project Server
(both 2003) working together. After installing everything I was able to do
project admin stuff from my account, since I have MS Project Professional
installed and configured. A few days ago I got error messages from the
Web-Access telling me that I have to have Project Professional installed.
After reinstalling Project Professional it worked again. Now it stopped
working again and the reinstallation-trick doesn't work anymore. What is
going wrong here and how can I get rid of these nasty problems?
