Problems with Project Server Task list

When one of our users attempts to access the task list in project server
(using IE 6.0 SP1), IE stops responding and crashes. Has anyone experienced
this? How can I troubleshoot what is happening?

After investigating, we found that the Google toolbar pop-up blocker was
interfering with the task list. Disabling that feature corrected the issue.

problem and they reinstalled IE 6 and the problem didn't exist anymore.
