frontpage numpty!

Please help! I am totally new to Frontpage. I am trying to save a website
that has already been created by another person so that I can take over the
running of it. I am clicking on the "publish website" button and on the
pop-up box, the "frontpage or sharepoint services" box is checked - which I
have been told by the person who creatd the website is correct- it then goes
on to ask me the username and password - unfortunatly I never get any
further. After I have completed this box and clicked "Ok" it just keeps
bringing the box back up again! I have asked the lady who created the site
whether the passwork and username are correct - and they are. Has anyone got
an idea what may be wrong - could it be the settings on Frontpage?

Don't use the publish button
Use the menu command File Publish Site/Web and verify the location is correct
- or in FP 2003 the Remote Web Site View (and Remote Web Site Properties)
If you get repeated userid/password prompts it means the ones you are using are incorrect

Test it by trying to open the online site in FP using File Open Site and entering http://www.yoursitename.com/ or browsing to it in
IE and using File Edit w/ FP

Many thanks for your help - I have tried it but unfortunatley it is still
throwing up the ID/Password box. Its bizzare as the lady uses the exact same
information and has no problems. Could it be anything with my settings would
you think? Again, thanks for your help.
