Problems with publishing

I have Publisher 2003 running on Windows 7. I hit publish to the web, type in
my http site information, this pulls up my login screen, I enter my username
and password, and then I get the following message: "An Unexpected errror
occurred: Not enough memory available to complete the operation. Close other
programs to make more memory available, and then try again"

I have tried closing everything I felt was safe in Task Manager but still
will not publish.

I am using Windows 7 Pro and Office 2003. Both are fully updated. I have 4
gigs of ram. Please help

You could try using a file transfer program, known as a ftp.
First, publish to a folder on your hard drive and then ftp the website files
up to the server.

An excellent ftp is FileZilla client
