Problems with setting the importance of my emails

To Whom It May Concern:



I am using Outlook 2002 and having problems with setting the importance of
my emails I am sending. No action occurs when I push the toggle button. What
do I need to do to correct it?

You can check and set the value for Importance by clicking the Options
button. My guess is that it's just hard to see on your display that the
Important button is selected.
