Problems with starting Outlook

Hi Everyone,

I use XP Professional and Macafee virus software. I am a single user of
Outlook set up for my business but have started getting the following
message: "Cannot start Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The
set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists."

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I am the administartor of course
so the message is particularly unhelpful! The software is used on a
networked laptop which I also use remotely for my business. Rebooting
sometimes solves the problems but sometimes not. Do I need to check any of
the settings?

Ideas would be very welcome!
