Problems with Upgrade Office Professional 2003

i am unable to upgrade office Profesional 2003. Upgrades down load but will
not run correctly. Asked for instalation disc provided same but still no joy.

Do you mean "updates" instead of "upgrades"? If you are trying to use
Office Update and are encountering issues then what specifically is
happening? Do you encounter an error message? If so what is it?
