Problems with VBA add of items to a address book dist list

I'm trying to use vba on an address entry in my personal
address list but am unable to successfully add address
entries to the list. I can see an entry that I manually
add but cannot change it. So, I am apparently using the
correct method. My thought is that I am seeing a problem
with security. Ideas?
