Problems with word docs since installing Norton 2006

It seems that almost every document that I open that has a table in it opens
with the error message about tables now being corrupt. This has only happened
since I installed Norton 2006. Any suggestions as to why this is happening
would be appreciated!

Have you deactivated Norton's Office Plug-in?
