Process Engineering shape text

I would like to move the text box in the instrument shape text. The tags
overlap the graphics making them hard to read.

Any suggestions?

Select the symbol and zoom in so you can see the shape in enough
detail.
The TextTool symbol has a small black triangle next to it, click this
and select the TextBlock tool.
Use this to move the shape's text area.
