Product ID nor accepted

I wanted to contact support, but the webpage does not
accept the Product ID Nr. Its a legal bought program!!

What number are you using?

You have the Installation Key and the ID. To check... Right click My
Computer. Left click Properties. Under 'Registered to:' is a 20 digit
number. You can copy this by running your cursor over it with the left mouse
button to highlight it, then right click it to copy.
