I have my original disk of Office 97-Small business
edition.
My certificate is lost and I need to download word program
from it.
The only numbers that i can read is 0197 Part No. 000-
42853 which is written on the disc.
Please help me.

Try contacting the people you got the software from. If it came
pre-installed on your computer, contact the people you bought your computer
from.
