What do you do if you get a new computer and you go to
install your office 2000 and you are unable to locate you
product Id?

Contact MS Customer Service if the software was a retail copy.
Contact Your computer Manufacture if it was Purchased with the computer

Er, Paul, for a MVP you sure ain't very bright! ;o) If it was purchased with
his last computer, he can't install it on the new one!
