Product Key Code?? Where is it?

I have hard drive problems. It has been recommended that I
do an F-disk and start over. I am in the process of
gathering all my original program CD's for re-
installation. I cannot find my original CD cover for the
Office 2000 cd's, however, I do find the 2 original cd's.
My question is two fold: how can I find the Product key
code (different than the product ID) so that I may re-
install Office? or, Can I send the original CD's back to
Microsoft and get a new set with a new key code?

If you have lost the Product Key's that are on the yellow sticker on the
back of the jewel case that the CD came in, then you can call Microsoft
Customer Service and request that they provide you with a new product key.
(There may be a small charge for this). They will check a couple things on
your disk to ensure it is a retail copy so please have that handy. You may
