product key for Office Ultimate 2007

I bought Office Ultimate 2007 suite about a year ago, installed it on my
computer and all was fine. Then my hard disk died, I paid to get computer
fixed and now I am trying to reinstall my Office Ultimate. However, my
product code is not accepted, it says it accepts no 0 or O's, and that
numberletter is in my code. What can I do to get the Product key that is on
my originally packaging accepted.

Look at the code on your CD or in your e-mail, and if in your e-mail, copy
paste.

You do not say how you acquired it (Ultimate Steal?) so we cannot point you
to a more specific point to recover your product code for installation.

Just a thought, have you tried inputting the code with All Caps on?
Recheck the numbers to make sure you are inputting the right ones by
having someone else read them to you while you look at what you've inputted.

Some common issues are substituting a zero for O, B instead of 8, etc.

You're not using the Product code from the computer case, are you?

Hello

From Where you have purchased the office 2007 ultimate.
And also look for the trial version installed or not and if it is remove it
and then try to reinstall office 2007 ultimate.
The steps that you need to do is as follows
For windows XP
1-: Click on start and click on Control panel
2-: Click on add or remove programs and look for these applications
(a) Activation assistant for office 2007 Suite
(b) Compatibility pack for office 2007
(c) Microsoft office 2007 system or office 2007 system
(d) Any other application that say office or office 2007
3-: Highlight them one by one and click on Remove (uninstall) and after that
try to install office 2007.

For Windows Vista
1-: Click on start and click on control panel
2-: open Programs and then uninstall a program (or Programs and Features)
and look for these applications
(a) Activation assistant for office 2007 Suite
(b) Compatibility pack for office 2007
(c) Microsoft office 2007 system or office 2007 system
(d) Any other application that say office or office 2007
3-: Highlight each of them one by one and click on uninstall and after that
try to install office 2007.
