please help me!
i have to setup everything after re-formating my hard drive (bad crash). all
other software installation ok. this is included msvisio 2002 (that i
already use before). but problem come out when i want to start the visio for
the first time. it take me to setup page once more and asking for user name
and organization. after i input again, then it just quit like that. no other
page or info anything.
if i open vsd file that i already make before also same. but when i open
visio object that i create in msword, the error come out. it said that
"please enter a valid product key to use this product. setup has detect the
product key is invalid or missing....". when i click ok and once again it
goes to setup page asking the same question.
i'm very sure that i input the correct product key same as stated at my box.
if not then how can i setup it a the first place? it also mention before
that setup is successfull without no problem or error.
i use windows 98se, office xp (10), memory 128mb and visio 2002.
