Product key not valid

Trying to reinstall Microsoft Word 2002 and it says the product key is not
valid. It is the correct product key, but won't work. Help.

Make sure you don't mix up 0 with O.

Call Microsoft and explain the problem. There was a whole batch of
PIDs that were used for pirated copies of Office. MS locked out all
PIDs that started with the same sequence. Unfortunately this also
impacted valid owners.
